TOGETHER WE RISE: THE ALMARAH FOUNDATION FOR EVERY CHILD

A powerful and enlightening seminar titled "Together We Rise: The Almarah Foundation for Every Child" was conducted by Almarah Foundation at the University of Management and Technology (UMT) on 7th January 2026. The session featured distinguished guest speakers including Ms. Sophiya Warraich, Chairperson Almarah Foundation; Mr. Mehboob Aslam Lilla, Addl. IGP (Training) Punjab and Ms. Mahnoor Lilla, CEO Almarah Foundation. Students from INFS Department attended the session, which centered on child protection, empowerment, and the importance of creating safe, nuturing environments for vulnerable children. The speakers highlighted the multidimensional challenges faced by at-risk children and emphasized the role of education, community support, and institutional collaboration in ensuring their well-being. Through interactive discussions and real-life insights, students gained a deeper understanding of child rights, social responsibility and the significance of standing as advocates for children’s welfare.
