MoU with Little Art

Sustainable Development Goal 17 is about "partnerships for the goals." One of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals established by the United Nations in 2015, the official wording is: "Strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the global partnership for sustainable development".
Sustainable Development Initiative (SDI
) and The Little Art
joined hands on September 09th, 2021 for giving our students the true spirit of community services. Mr. Shoaib Iqbal, (Director and Founder, The Little Art) and Mr. Khalid Naqi (Director, OCLP) signed this MoU.
The Little Art is a non-profit arts education organization, promoting positive social values through arts among children and young people, especially marginalized, it uses media arts, film precisely, to teach children and young adults to recognize and understand the social issues pervading their immediate community that prohibit the development of the project's ideas and principles.
The Little Art produces the Lahore International Children’s Film Festival and Children’s Performing Arts Festival, holds film-making workshops for children and young people, organizes workshops in photography, digital art, stop motion, animation and performing arts.
The objective of this MOU is to develop a general framework to facilitate cooperation between the parties in specific areas and complement efforts as set forth in the MOU in order to; Together both parties will engage students in various on and off campus activities where UMT students will not only develop value based skills but also serve others.
